Yesterday morning as I was driving to work, there was the most beautiful sunrise. I just couldn't get over it, so I took a few pictures at the traffic lights! I wanted to get a picture of the Superstition Mountains because they looked gorgeous with the sunrise behind them, but I would of chanced getting into a wreck in order to get that shot, I was probably pushing my luck as it was!

Erica, That's a beautiful sunrise. Looks like you had fun with your family. How great that everyone was able to come down and see you! So, I secretly read your blog. :) I found it off of Jill's one day. Ours is www.defriesfamily.blogspot.com -if you didn't know. We missed you guys at the cabin!
These pics are awesome - still cool with the traffic lights.
"the pioneer woman who cooks" - I came across it I think from surfing a bunch of food blogs. I thought she had great food photography, the writing was great and I loved her story about her. Plus, she makes some really good-lookin food - although I haven't tried any of it yet!
Erica, I made those m&m cookies last night and they were no way near as yummy and appealing than yours! Any tips or secrets that you can give? Mine turned out flat and even with only 10 minutes in the oven the bottoms of them were slightly burned and hard:( Do you use regular crisco or the butter flavor kind (you know that come like sticks of butter?). Would you consider it if I payed you to make them? LOL! Yours were so yummy and I'm still craving em!!
