Carrot Cupcakes!

I made some carrot cupcakes for my little beehives on Sunday. They were very yummy, thanks to another Paula Deen recipe. I know, I am a little obsessed with that Paula Deen! I used parsley for the carrot stems. Funny story, I had some left over after Young Women's. I was out in the foyer of the church building, and one of the young men came up to me and asked if he could have a cupcake. I said of course, and right after he picked it up, he took a huge bite of the cupcake, parsley and all! I told him that I really didn't think that he should eat the parsley with the cupcake, bad combination. He just grinned and said that it tasted great. Whatever!

Hey - if you put a carrot on top of the cupcake - doesn't that make it nutritous? I think it does. In fact, I think it gives it the actual nutrients of the carrot instead of the cupcake. That it why I put my pepporoni's in a shape of a broccoli on my pizza!!
